IN MARCH 2009 I WENT TO THIS RESTAURANT PUCHASED THE BONE-IN SIRLION. I ORDERED IT MEDIUM. IT CAME MEDIUM THE PIECE OF STEAK I RECEIVED HAD FAT THROUGHOUT IT. THE OUTSIDE OF THE STEAK WAS CHARCOAL BURNT AND THE STEAK WAS TASTELESS.I SENT IT BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GIVE ME A BETTER QUALITY CUT
THE NEXT STEAK I RECEIVED WAS COOKED CLOSER TO MEDIUM-WELL. SAME QUALITY CUT SAME BURNT CHARCOAL TASTE I SENT THAT STEAK BACK TO. THE WAITRESS TOLD ME THAT THE STEAK DIDN'T LOOK GOOD SO WHY DID SHE SERVE IT TO ME?
HOW CAN ANYONE EAT THIS STEAK!
IF YOU WANT A DECENT STEAK GO TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE IN EVERETT MA OR BROCKTON MA AVOID THIS PLACE
Pros: MEMORIES OF WHAT THE STEAK USED TO TASTE LIKE
Cons: POOR QUALITY TASTELESS STEAK

The Hilltop has been out of the control of the originally family twice, this being the second and probably last time time. The quality has plummeted both times. The quality is so bad now I doubt the corporation running it even cares. Look for the prime real estate it occupies on Route 1 to be a hotel or Mall in a few years.
Pros: Parking, generally fast service
Cons: food quality

Meat was good. Side dishes were very unappetizing. Our mashed potatoes were soupy and bland just like our server
